Clear Sealing is the most common choice of sealer for a tight budget looking to get some sort of protection on the grout lines.
These clear sealers are good but need to be re-applied every now and then depending on the exposure to dirt, heavy chemicals, grease, scum, or mildew buildup.

A clear sealer is a popular choice for budget-conscious individuals looking to protect their grout lines. While effective, these sealers need periodic re-application based on exposure to dirt, strong chemicals, grease, soap scum, or mildew buildup.
Regardless of the selected sealer, it is essential to thoroughly clean the grout lines and tiles and allow a minimum of 12 hours for complete drying before applying the sealer. Air movers can accelerate drying time to as little as 4 hours.
After applying the chosen sealer, it’s highly advisable to allow an additional 12 hours for thorough drying (or at least 6 hours without any foot traffic).
