    GROUT CLEAR SEALING

Clear Sealing is the most common choice of sealer for a tight budget looking to get some sort of protection on the grout lines. These clear sealers are good but need to be re-applied every now and then depending on the exposure to dirt, heavy chemicals, grease, scum, or mildew buildup.

Caulking or Silicone Sealer if applied incorrectly or if damaged, can start to accumulate humidity, which over time starts to turn into mold, mildew, and scum buildup. Though applying the caulking might seem like an easy job, there are complex techniques and tricks that must be implemented to avoid trapping humidity, ultimately causing mildew to reappear. Of course, using the right kind of silicone always helps.

This is the process of having your shower go from looking dirty and nasty to looking fabulous and clean!

Over time, showers start to accumulate humidity everywhere such as walls, groutlines, caulking, gaps, and everything in between. When trapped for long periods of time, this humidity turns into mildew, scum, calcium and mold buildup.

Therefore, the appearance of the shower starts to deteriorate as more buildup accumulates.

Luckily, all of this can be cleaned or replaced and reapplied in a water-proof way to avoid it from happening again.
